Exploring new Mediums

When it comes to pencils, I create both graphite and colored pencil pieces. I love the versatility of pencils – I use them to create detailed, realistic drawings or pieces that are more expressive. I also enjoy creating mixed media pieces that combine pencil with other mediums like pen and watercolor paint. These pieces allow me to incorporate different textures and layering effects that would not be possible with just one medium.

As an artist, I am always looking for new mediums to experiment with and see what unique looks and feels they can bring to my work. While I have a main medium that I usually work with – the pencil – I also enjoy branching out and trying new things.

In addition to traditional mediums, I also enjoy using digital tools to create art. With a pen tablet and programs like Photoshop and Corel, I can create digital pieces that have a more polished, finished look. Digital art also allows adjustment and me to change my pieces without having to start over from scratch.

No matter what medium I am working with, I always find the process of creating art to be incredibly rewarding. Each medium has its own set of challenges and opportunities, and I love the chance to push myself and see what I can create. If you are an artist looking for inspiration or just want to see what I am working on, be sure to check out my blog for updates and new pieces!
