I have had my artwork published as the cover of an erotic novel! Anyways I was pretty excited about it, just another step into the world of artwork.
It was a very interesting image to create and I got to use my comic book style of colouring which I rarely have the opportunity to do anymore (at least not much digitally). I also had the opportunity to do some erotic artwork which I also don’t do as much anymore (but would like to). Anyways, I am sure that some of you are wondering what the book/ Image is right?
Just so you know, it doesn’t not contain any nudity and all is explained in teh description with a link to the novel.
For obvious reason I am not going to post the image here but
So, fusing a boy into a much more feminine looking pokemon does pose a few challenges. He becomes a bit awkward, less fragile and yet needs to posses some feminine qualities.
Gothorita is also the teen for I guess, (2nd evo)
So I tried to make it younger, and a little bit girly, but also at this point he is embarrassed (this is the first time that it has happened in Argols story (to be posted at a later date).
this is also my first Gijinka in years and its so much fun to go back to with a little bit of a challenge.
For this one I’ve created a pretty school girl like, Gothic Lolita dress. It matches the style and the colours of the pokemon and I think its looks pretty damn good.
You can even see the gothorita in the BG saying… hey… its ok.
But you will that later he gets used to this phenomenon.

Thing have been sort of stressful lately. I’ve been looking for a good job and not found one yet. I also need something for my moms birthday.
I have however been able to help out a really good friend. He needed some help finding a new place and moving. I’ve been helping him pack and move in my car which isn’t really fun, lol. I also sadly… damaged my car… A drawer opened and bashed mt rear window. So there is now a small dent in my rear window. The ceiling liner of my car is also damaged, grrrr…. It totally sucks considering it wasn’t damaged at all before the move. Now I have a dented ceiling liner and I just know my rear window defrost isn’t going to work when it starts getting colder 🙁
I’m so disappointed in myself for this. We were just really frustrated and rushing and boom car window broken. *sigh*
and now here’s where the stress peaks out >.>
So during the move my car got damaged, when we got the large truck and got to the new apartment… it was NOT ready. It had the carpet pulled out (new carpet supposed to be installed), the counters were removed (again supposed to be new), no blinds, fridge or stove. WTF?
So we have a rented truck full of stuff and we cannot unload it? Holy shit!
So we complain to the manager of the building duh, and she is like, I’m busy, I don’t care. Again WTF?
Now, while I would say, Don’t go here because the manager sucks! its one of the few affordable places in the wanted location that takes cats. Also, its move in day, its not like he can just go home sit down and come back tomorrow.
so we had to basically harass them for the carpet to put the stuff in the room. I was there until 5:30, still having not eaten all day. so finally, @#$%! I am going to Denny’s ( Thank God, a restaurant with awesome food is still open!). It was so much nicer to be able to have a nice meal. Awesome Chicken burger and my friend just loved the bacon burban burger (it was pretty good, but I hate mushrooms). I also order a spaghetti for the next day (thank god the microwave was in th front sea of my car because there is no stove or fridge here!
All day, all night, packing unpacking…
now, harassing them for stuff and for cleaning. Sadly the manager of the place really is a B@$%! BAsically, since the place has been rented, she doesn’t give a rats ass anymore. WOW, its all I can say. time to complain to the building owner and the tenants right’s Advisory (o how fun)
This has been super shitty, the whole month. Just, how does one building with over 150 suites have such a crap manager?
And geez, what a horrible exp. All I am doing is trying to help a very dear friend, and it just… seems like it blows up in my face. Not to mention his bad back is acting up again, no doubt from the stress of the move.
This one was a lot of fun.
It’s a portrait of my friend. Then I stuck him in this world based off a description of his name we found on urban dictionary on day at lunch.
I think Matt would make an interesting movie dont you?

But that Damn hat, did it ever cause me problems lol.
Matt got this as a Christmas gift, but committed a Christmas violation and opened it before Dec even started. Thankfully he didn’t eat all the chocolate form his Advent calendar. Lol, poor Matt, I get to make fun of him in his special blog >:)
But I think its ok, He is also my favorite Ginger, even if he’s the only one I know 😛
So this is an old drawing I did of my character, now named Sammacha.
(I did this back in 2007)
I was still learning to draw people at that time.
This is one of the first picture’s of her that I posted online (and one of my first digital drawings)
I know I have improved a lot more since this pic but I still like it
Even if its not the greatest picture it still holds a lot of value to me

Why the character was created:
Sammacha is based off of me and was created when I was assigned an art project to make a character and a fantasy comic that resembles you and had X abilities that you chose from a list. The hardest part for everyone was that it had to look like you, so it had to be a person!
Everyone chose the basic and most common ones, flight, magic, and wielding of a weapon then made their character original. My character lives in a world shrouded in miasma, and flies with wings that can create fire. She can wield a sword and her can wounds excrete a toxic gas.
As well as Sammacha there were several other characters in the story and of course a ton of fantasy creatures.
The comic did get me an A, but beyond the grade, I was not satisfied with the final product as a whole.
My drawing skills weren’t that good and the story was weird because of the assignment, and there was much room for improvement. Though I did like some of the comic after it was handed in, it was basically lost forever as I never got it back. Maybe one day I will make a new one.
Anyways I used my character as an avatar all over the web and then she just sort of stuck. Though, she will never be finished, like me, will always be a work in progress…

Its no use asking someone to critique a picture if they aren’t sure what you are trying to accomplish. Submit something worth while.

DO NOT post tracings or copies of other peoples work. we are looking for YOUR original artwork.I will accept fan art but it must not be a simple copy of another piece, that would be copyright infringement. Using a reference picture is ok.
Quality Pictures. Please submit quality pictures. This means using a scanner or taking quality photos or your artwork. We want to be able to actually see your artwork!
Water Marks. I myself use a water mark on my artwork and I understand its purpose completely. When you apply a watermark to your artwork please do it in a way which does not obstruct or distort the image (make the watermark fairly transparent).
Permissions. Keep in mind that this is a PUBLIC BLOG. the public will be able to view all the images which you are allowing me to post for crit night. Please don’t submit things which are personal or contain personal information. By adding them to crit night you are allowing me to post them on my website and or blog for the purposes of Crit night (promotion, examples etc.)
Sexual images and Pornography. Again, this is open to people of all skill levels and various ages. I understand nudity and sexual images but please submit what you would deem “tasteful.” To put it short and simple no hard core porn please! if your not sure please ask.
Violence. Yet Again, this is open to people of all skill levels and various ages. Please no horribly graphic violent images.
Offensive Images. No Overly offensive images such as very racist, religious or political images. Light humor and stereotypes are allowed.
Meet the Deadline. I will provide you with plenty of time to send me a link to your artwork and your critiques for the actual crit night. I understand that people are busy and have lives and I would give no less then a few months notice (unless there is an emergency). the time between when I send out the pictures to be critiqued and be posted will be around 2 weeks and 1 week which will give me time to organize and create the post ( Yes, I have a life too!). Please understand that organizing and arranging things like this with people I may not have direct contact with can be difficult and time consuming. Please do your best to meet the deadlines set and communicate with me if you are unable to do so. See the Schedule
Keep in touch. To have something like this be successful you need to keep in touch. Please use an E-mail which you actually look at, of add me on facebook or twitter so you can see when an E-mail has been sent. E-mail will be the key communication method used to send and receive everything that has to do with Crit Night.
Constructive Criticism. We are looking for people to give constructive criticism. You must be willing to give constructive criticism on at least one picture to be eligible to have your picture with its critique posted.
Submit Proper content. Please check the submission page to see what type of work is accepted. I have the right to reject or remove any art which is submitted.
Use appropriate language. Nobody here is looking for a puddle of insults or a text message. This is open to people of all skill levels. Which means people of different ages are able to contribute. Please use appropriate language and proper spelling when you send your critique. I will do my best to try and help filter this out but it is far to time consuming if I have to sit and read everything word for word before I can even get started on posting the material

This year has been so busy with work! I haven’t had anytime to really do much and I feel like the summer is disappearing . Soon it will be over and I will have done nothing to enjoy it.
*sigh, gotta make money somehow
If only all this work was in the winter time. I hate always having to work longer hours in the summer. In the winter I get time off or short days or something. Something called time when there isn’t much to do.
Lame.
no wonder I haven’t posted any new artwork huh? Hopefully I will have a chance to do some, I kind of miss it 🙁
I also miss spending time with my friends outside of work.
Though I am thankful for the people I work with, because they pretty are my friends 😀
