Most of my items are sent through Canada Post but if you wish you can ask me to ship them with a courier service.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is done via Canada Post and you can get an approximation here
I am more than happy to send artwork via Lettermail however I will not be responsible for items that become lost or damaged.
I charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of postage materials, for items 8.5″x11″ or smaller it is approx $1, please inquire for larger items
How are they shipped?
I ship my images in a plastic sleeve with paper board backings. So far I have never had any issues with items damaged or not being delivered.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the size and destination. If you would like to know the shipping cost for your item prior to purchase please contact me. Or you can input your address here for an estimate Canada post. All you need to know is the size of the picture and approx weight (50-100g) that it comes from Canada and use a generic postal code such as V5K0A1 and your destination.
Can you do combined shipping?
Yes! If you wish to purchase more than one item I will ship them together to reduce shipping fees.
How long will it take to get my item?
Items being mailed within Canada usually take 3-7 business days
Items going to the USA usually take 5-14 days international items usually take 1-3 weeks
Can I get my item any faster?
Yes. Items can be delivered within 3 business days. Canada Post and other couriers offer quick delivery for an additional fee and usually include tracking.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking can be provided but there will be an additional fee to the standard shipping costs. I allow the buyer to decide if they wish to purchase tracking or not. If you choose a courier or a quick delivery method tracking is often included in the price. I highly recommend tracking any original piece as it is irreplaceable.
Can I return my item?
I do not offer refunds for completed commissioned artwork. Please ensure that you want the item you are ordering.
My item is damaged. What can I do?
If your item has arrived damaged please contact me ASAP and provide pictures of how the item is damaged (as well as pictures of the packaging). I will do my best to ensure that the picture does not get damaged but it happens occasionally. If an item arrives damaged we can discuss possible solutions. Please note that some items are non-replaceable such as an original piece of artwork.
Help! My item did not arrive!
I cannot be responsible for mail that is lost during transportation. If you did not purchase tracking and have not received your item please be patient. Sometimes mail arrives late. If it does not arrive a few days later please contact me. If the item has been returned to me I will ship it again free of charge. Remember that originals are irreplaceable and I highly recommend purchasing insurance or tracking the item.
